Mauricio Gonçalves Neto is a seasoned Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in software development and team management. Currently at Object Edge since February 2013, Mauricio oversees analysts and developers, ensuring code quality and leading technical training, with notable contributions as Chief Developer on Oracle Commerce Cloud projects and technical lead for e-commerce mobile optimization utilizing the Moovweb framework. Previously, at Intelimen from 2003 to 2013, Mauricio managed projects involving e-commerce solutions and online platforms, while also overseeing talent acquisition and technical training. Beginning as a developer and progressing through roles to Development Manager, Mauricio has a solid foundation in various technologies, having worked on diverse projects including social media platforms, ISP e-commerce systems, and payroll management systems.
