Jefferson James

Jefferson James has been working as a Senior Sourcer at Objective Paradigm since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Sourcer at the same company from September 2021 to January 2023. Before joining Objective Paradigm, Jefferson worked as a Sourcing and Research Analyst at The Exeter Group from May 2019 to March 2020. Jefferson also has experience as a Cashier at Target from June 2017 to May 2019.

Jefferson James attended Simeon Career Academy High School from 2007 to 2011. After completing high school, they went on to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
