Russell Kirkwood has a diverse work experience. Russell is currently working as a Recruiter at Objective Paradigm, where they specialize in recruiting high-quality technologists for various industries. Before joining Objective Paradigm, Russell served in the US Army as a Psychological Operations Team Chief from 2015 to 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Security Professional at ACADEMI (A Constellis Company) in 2014. Russell's early work experience includes serving as an Infantry Soldier in the US Army from 2009 to 2013.

Russell Kirkwood pursued their education with dedication and diligence. Russell embarked on their educational journey in 2017 when they enrolled at Fayetteville Technical Community College. Over the course of two years, from 2017 to 2019, Russell completed their studies and earned an Associate's degree in General Studies.

In 2019, they commenced their Bachelor's degree at Texas State University, delving into the realm of Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies.
