Ligia Harumi Fujimoto has a diverse and extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Ligia Harumi started their career as a Marketing Intern at Catarinense Importadora e Distribuidora in 2005. Ligia Harumi then worked at Delphi, initially as a Marketing Intern before progressing to roles such as Junior Marketing Analyst, Full Marketing Analyst, and eventually becoming the Brand and Communications Coordinator. At Delphi, they were responsible for communication and brand management in Latin America, coordination of trade marketing strategies, and strategic marketing planning.

Most recently, Ligia worked at Objective as a Marketing Manager, responsible for structuring the marketing department and processes. Ligia Harumi expanded the team and established an inbound/content strategy, paid media, martech, and design. Ligia Harumi also led rebranding efforts and managed internal surveys to define the company's purpose and strategic positioning. Ligia then progressed to the role of Marketing Director at Objective, overseeing multiple departments and implementing agile management methodologies.

Ligia Harumi Fujimoto completed their education with an MBA in Business Management with an emphasis on marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2012.
