Iga Walczak

Iga Walczak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Iga is currently working at Objectivity as an HR Business Partner since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Netguru from 2017 to 2021, where they held several positions, including Senior Community & Engagement Specialist, Team Leader, Community & Employer Branding Team Leader, Employer Branding & Community Specialist, and Junior Employer Branding & Community Specialist. At Netguru, they were responsible for developing and supporting the organizational culture, establishing and maintaining effective relationships with internal community, driving employee engagement through internal projects, and planning company events for over 500 people. Iga also managed the onboarding process and supported leaders in building internal community and employee engagement. Before joining Netguru, Iga worked at McKinsey & Company as an Executive Assistant from 2015 to 2017 and at Santander Asset Management as an Investment Department's Assistant and Receptionist from 2007 to 2015.

Iga Walczak completed a postgraduate program in Business Psychology at Uniwersytet SWPS from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Iga obtained a Master's degree (Magister) from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, although the field of study is not specified. Additionally, Iga holds a certification in Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE), but the institution and the date of obtaining the certification are unknown.
