Wojciech Pytka

Wojciech Pytka began their career at NoMachine Poland in 2016, where they worked as a C++ Developer until 2018. Wojciech then moved on to Objectivity in 2019, starting as a Software Engineer. In this role, they focused on application maintenance and development, with a strong emphasis on service quality and end-user experience. Wojciech later became a Team Leader Software Engineer, managing a team of 5 engineers and overseeing the delivery of high-quality support service for clients. Currently, they hold the position of Chapter Leader Software Engineer at Objectivity, where they lead 3 technical teams and ensures support service for multiple clients. Wojciech also plays an important role in establishing team growth strategies and creating new technology practices to meet business trends and needs.

Wojciech Pytka has a background in computer science, with their education history consisting of two degrees from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Wojciech first completed their Inżynier (Inż.) degree in Computer Science in an unknown start year and ended their studies in 2019 with the completion of a Magister Inżynier (Mgr inż.) degree.
