Hilde Rannem Rostad

Hilde Rannem Rostad has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Hilde Rannem is currently the Director of Digitalization of Financial Services at OBOS, where they are responsible for digitizing financial services for housing companies and overseeing a team of accountants and accounting assistants. Additionally, they serve as a Board Member for OBOS Factoring AS and Hammersborg inkasso AS, subsidiaries of OBOS, where they ensure timely payment for housing associations and manages debt collection. Hilde Rannem has also held roles as a Board Member at Tandem AS, where they focused on diversity and was involved in the company's sale to ECIT AS. Prior to their current positions, they worked as the Director of Finance & Insurance at Lindorff AS, overseeing customer relations within banking, finance, and insurance in Norway and the Nordics. Hilde Rannem also held various roles at Kredinor SA, including Regional Director for Oslo and Divisional Director for banking/finance, where they were responsible for customer relationships, strategy, and product development. Before that, they worked as a Lawyer at Actor fordringsforvaltning AS and as a Jurist at Kemneren i Bergen.

Hilde Rannem Rostad has an extensive education history. Hilde Rannem obtained their Bachelor of Laws (cand jur) degree from the University of Bergen (UiB) in Norway, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. During their time at UiB, Hilde also pursued coursework in International Criminal Law at the University of Cape Town in 2004.

In recent years, Hilde has focused on executive education and expanding their business knowledge. Hilde Rannem completed an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at Stockholm School of Economics from 2021 to 2023. Additionally, they participated in a Global Network Week program on Behavioral Science in Management at Yale School of Management in 2022. Hilde also completed a course on Doing Business in Asia at the National University of Singapore in 2022.

Furthermore, Hilde further enhanced their data analytics skills by attending a program on Data-Driven Analytics: Understanding and Applying in a Business Context offered by Stanford University in 2023.

Through their diverse educational experiences, Hilde has developed a strong foundation in law, complemented by executive and analytics training, enabling their to excel in various professional roles.
