Siri Frang Riise has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources, currently serving as an HR Advisor for Recruitment and Employer Branding at OBOS since April 2022. Prior to OBOS, Siri worked as a Recruiter at IKEA, managing the entire recruitment process for various positions across the organization. With a strong background in recruitment advisory roles at Toptemp, Siri specialized in business, administration, and management recruitment from 2014 to 2022. Additionally, Siri held the position of Country Product Manager at EF Education First, focusing on sales, marketing, and recruitment in Norway. Siri began a career in retail at H&M, progressing from Store Employee to Department Leader and Store Manager. Siri holds a Bachelor's degree in Travel and Relationship Management from Kristiania University of Applied Sciences.
