Abelardo Daffon

Abelardo Daffon is an experienced BIM Technician currently with O'Brien Atkins Associates, PA since July 2023. Prior roles include Electrical & Instrumentation BIM/CAD Designer at McKim & Creed, Inc., and BIM Coordinator at AECOM, where responsibilities encompassed implementing BIM standards and leading BIM meetings. As a BIM Modeler/Coordinator at Al Baker Architects, Daffon developed design concept models, while at Fujita Corporation as Lead BIM Coordinator, leadership of a BIM Coordinator team was undertaken. Daffon's early career includes roles as MEP BIM/CAD Coordinator at ATKINS Middle East and MEP Revit Modeler at Nesma & Partners, supported by foundational experience as an MEP draftsman at Amel Advance Corp. Daffon holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from STI College, with earlier education at Cebu Institute of Technology.
