Ben Sam

Ben Sam is a Structural BIM Technician at Robert Bird Group since March 2024, previously serving as a BIM Engineer at BSBG from June 2023 to March 2024, where expertise included creating accurate 3D models and shop drawings while ensuring collaboration with architectural and MEP teams. Prior experience includes a role as Lead Engineer at Paradigm IT Private Limited from March 2020 to June 2023, where Ben managed Infrastructure and Geotechnical projects in Belgium, demonstrating strong coordination across various construction disciplines. An earlier position as Assistant Engineer involved analyzing design reports and preparing CAD drawings with Revit structural modeling support. Ben’s career began as a Junior Engineer at Triangle Design and Build, where skills in analyzing and designing RCC and steel structures, along with preparing structural drawings and conducting site inspections, were developed. Ben holds a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering from the University of Kerala, completed in May 2018.
