Laura Mahon is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as Head of Innovation at O'Brien Fine Foods since January 2021, after previously holding the position of Innovation Manager. Laura began their career with O'Brien Fine Foods in October 2012 as NPD Manager and later as NPD Technologist until 2020. Prior to that, Laura worked as a Field Sales Representative at ARYZTA from June 2011 to May 2012. Laura holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Innovation, Creativity & Entrepreneurship from University College Dublin (2021) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Agri-Business from University College Dublin (2007-2011), along with additional education from Technological University Dublin.
