Yvette Bowen

Yvette Bowen has extensive work experience in human resources and leadership roles. Yvette is currently working as a CHRO at O'Brien-Staley Partners (OSP), a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to joining OSP, Yvette worked as the Chief People Officer at Stout from January 2022 to February 2023. Yvette also served as the EVP, Chief People and Transformation Officer at EQ by Equiniti from March 2019 to September 2021. Yvette has held various HR positions, including Vice President of Global Human Resources at Pavilion Financial Corporation from January 2017 to March 2019, Head of Global Human Resources at Curtis Squire, Inc. from September 2014 to December 2016, and Managing Director of Global Human Resources at LaCrosse Global Fund Services from March 2007 to March 2013. Yvette started their career at Interim Consulting, where they held the roles of Senior HR Consultant/Site Leader from June 1995 to January 1998 and Employee Advocate from January 1998 to October 1999. Yvette also has experience in technology and information design services, having worked as a Director at Spherion Technology from April 1999 to May 2000 and in OD/Associate Developer roles at Acxiom Corporation from August 2000 to February 2005. Yvette began their career as a Human Resources Manager at the National Arbitration Forum from May 2005 to February 2007.

Yvette Bowen attended the University of Minnesota from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology/Organizational Training and Development. Yvette also received a certification as a Trainer from the University of Minnesota.
