Jürgen Fink has a wealth of experience in the fields of biotechnology and stem cell biology. Jürgen began working in 2012 at the University of Cambridge as a Postdoctoral Researcher, PhD Candidate and Master's of Research; 4-Year Wellcome Trust Programme; MRes + PhD in Stem Cell Biology. In 2011, they worked at KAIST on a Master Thesis titled Transdifferentiation of Human Fibroblasts to Neuronal Cells. In 2009, they completed an Internship at UC San Diego titled Context-dependent enhancement of induced pluripotent stem cell reprogramming by silencing and a Bachelor thesis at the University of Muenster titled Postnatal neoangiogenesis of the retinal vascular system in a rat model of hereditary retinal dystrophy. In 2014, they became a Founding Partner and Chief Operating Officer at CamBioScience. In 2017, they took on the role of COO and Acting CFO at OBRIZUM®.
Jürgen Fink has a comprehensive education history, beginning with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from the University of Münster from 2006 to 2009. Jürgen then earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Molecular Biomedicine from the same university from 2010 to 2012. Jürgen then moved to the University of Cambridge, where they obtained a Master's of Research in Stem Cell Biology from 2012 to 2013, followed by a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Stem Cell Biology from 2013 to 2016.
