Marta Paiar

Marta Paiar currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships & Acquisitions at Worley, leading global initiatives in energy and digital sectors since January 2023. As Chairwoman and co-founder of Kuwekeza Investment Holdings Limited, Marta is focused on investment and scale-up efforts in various regions, including the Middle East and Africa, with an emphasis on fintech and cleantech solutions. Additionally, Marta holds the position of CEO and Co-founder at Saudi Angel Investors, while also being an active investor with roles at Dubai Angel Investors and BitLipa, and serving as a Venture Partner in the edtech company OBRIZUM. Prior experiences include a Senior Advisor role at Accenture Middle East and the Chief Commercial Officer at Digicel Group, where significant market restructuring was achieved. Marta has an educational background in Business Administration from San Diego State University and a first-class honors degree from Universität Siegen, alongside several postgraduate courses.
