Rachel Dalton Dearmond

Rachel Dalton Dearmond is a Partner and Attorney at O'Bryan, Brown & Toner, PLLC, a prominent law firm specializing in high-exposure civil lawsuits for professional and commercial clients in Kentucky and Indiana, since April 2016. Previously, Rachel served as a Law Clerk at LG&E and KU Energy LLC from May 2015 to April 2016, where responsibilities included assisting attorneys with in-house counsel matters and conducting legal research on various topics. Rachel also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Brown-Forman in the summer of 2014, primarily supporting the Securities Attorney with the 2014 Proxy Statement.
