Subhash Tibrewal

Subhash Tibrewal is the VP of Finance at Observe.AI. Prior to joining Observe.AI, Subhash was the Head of Finance at BlueJeans by Verizon, where they were responsible for building and managing the finance and accounting team of 20 people, setting up a “Centre of Excellence” in Bangalore, India to manage the “Order to Cash” and “Procure to Pay” process, and defining various policies including business KPIs, automation of systems, process optimization, and driving departmental partnerships to deliver full operational visibility to operating teams while closing books by Day 3.

Under Subhash's leadership, BlueJeans by Verizon grew from zero to $100M+ ARR and headcount grew from 20 to 700+ FTE on a global basis. Subhash also drove the selection and implementation of the financial systems stack (inc. NetSuite, Zuora, Avalara, Anaplan, SFDC) to drive end-to-end integration of financial planning and sales incentive compensation.

In addition to their work at BlueJeans by Verizon, Subhash has also worked with the CEO/VP Finance to prep for funding rounds (Series C, D and E) and led due diligence activities across functions, led the successful close and refinancing of a $35M covenant-free debt (Term + ARR) facility with Silicon Valley Bank, and was a core M&A deal team member to drive the successful sale to Verizon. Subhash also managed the relationship with external auditors and drove 409A valuation including stock administration

Subhash Tibrewal is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Subhash is also a CPA from AICPA Uniform CPA exam. Subhash has a B Com in Accounting and Finance from Kolkata University.
