Dylan Sellers has a diverse work experience. In 2019, they began working at ObservePoint as the Vice President of Customer Success and then became the Director of Customer Success. In this role, they managed and oversaw the Technical Support, Customer Success, Customer Enablement, and Solutions Engineering teams. Dylan also worked to retain ObservePoint's entire book of business and coached Customer Success team members. Additionally, they were a Solutions Engineer, building custom solutions/integrations for existing clients and implementing new technologies for internal use. Dylan also served as an Associate Consultant & Technical Writer, training name-brand clients to maximize product value and writing and managing release notes and product documentation.
In 2019, they also had an internship as a Product Manager Intern at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where they developed a Portfolio Roadmap, collaborated with designers on high-priority features, and wrote and updated business requirements. In 2018, they had an internship as a Project Manager Intern at the same company, where they drafted Project plans, worked with a team of Database Engineers, Developers, Quality Insurance Engineers, and Product Managers, and participated in meetings with Senior Directors.
In 2018, they also had an internship as a Legal Assistant Intern at McCullough Sparks, where they designed and implemented a new collections system and trained in paralegal work in the context of estate planning. In 2017, they worked at the BYU Technology Transfer Office as a Research Assistant. In 2016, they worked at the Missionary Training Center as a Systems Support Coordinator & Data Analyst and at the USPTO as a Patent Examiner Extern.
In 2015, they worked at Elevate Athletics as a Head Coach, at BYU as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant & Lab Supervisor, and as a Sports Camp Counselor.
Dylan Sellers attended El Dorado High School from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a High School degree in General Studies. After that, they attended Brigham Young University from 2012 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. In April 2020, they received a SusTech 2020 Certificate of Participation from IEEE.
