Jessica Freer has a diverse work experience spanning over a period of nearly two decades. Jessica is currently working as the Business Operations Lead at observIQ since April 2021. Jessica also worked as an Accounting Associate/Accounts Payable at Blue Medora from January 2014 to July 2020. Their responsibilities included managing accounts payable, bank account reconciliation, and sales tax reporting. Before that, they worked as a Bookkeeper at EC Group from May 2013 to October 2016, where they handled accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and prepaid expense ledger.

Prior to their role at EC Group, Jessica worked as a Bookkeeper at Plumstone, Inc from October 2009 to March 2014 and at Mock Draft Central LLC from March 2002 to December 2009. Jessica started their career as an Administrative Assistant at the Economic Development Foundation in March 2002, where they worked until January 2003.

Jessica Freer obtained an associate's degree in Accounting from Grand Rapids Community College, which they attended from 2010 to 2013. Prior to this, they pursued a degree in Human Services at Lake Superior State University from 1994 to 1995, but did not complete the program. Earlier, they completed an associate's degree in General Education at Lake Michigan College from 1992 to 1994.
