Catherine Wickens is a skilled Process Engineer with extensive experience in the engineering sector, currently employed at Obsidian Engineering since May 2024 and previously at Bantrel from July 2017 to April 2024. Throughout a career that began as a Junior Process Engineer at WorleyParsons from November 2010 to December 2013, Catherine has developed significant expertise in process design, notably creating a jumper line that eliminated production losses from overheating. In addition to engineering roles, Catherine has contributed to internal training initiatives and community service projects, including designing a water supply system for the Village of Hope in Kisumu, Kenya. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan, where undergraduate research focused on ethanol purification using bioadsorbents.
