Matt Duval

Matt Duval has extensive work experience in IT operations, security, and quality systems. Matt currently holds the position of Director at Obsidian Therapeutics, where they are responsible for overseeing these areas since August 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Associate Director at Obsidian Therapeutics from August 2020 until August 2023. Before joining Obsidian Therapeutics, Matt worked at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals for ten years, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility. These included roles such as Associate Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, and Applications Specialist. Their tenure at Ironwood Pharmaceuticals spanned from November 2010 to July 2020.

Matt Duval earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Worcester Polytechnic Institute between 2005 and 2009. Matt also obtained a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in December 2022.
