Kristine Martin Berg

Kristine Martin Berg has extensive work experience in the legal and compliance field. Kristine started their career as an Assistant Attorney, Claims Examiner, and Regional Compliance Officer at HDI-Gerling Verzekeringen N.V. In 2012, they became an Attorney at Law in Advokatanpartsselsskabet Adduco before moving on to roles as a Chief Legal & Compliance Officer at Koncenton and Obton, where they also served as an Executive Vice President. Kristine has also held various board and committee positions, including as a Bestyrelsesmedlem and Medlem af Landsrådet at Coop i Danmark, a Board Member at Skåde Brugsforening, and a Head of Section at the Ministry of Integration, Immigration, and Refugees. Additionally, they have been actively involved in Flygtningenævnet as a member since 2017.

Kristine Martin Berg's education history begins in 1998 when they attended Haderslev Katedralskole and obtained their High School degree with a focus on Linguistics. From 2001 to 2004, they enrolled at the University of Copenhagen and earned a Bachelor of Jurisprudence (ba. jur) degree in Law. In 2005, they pursued their master's degree in Law at both the University of Copenhagen and the University of Waikato in New Zealand. Kristine completed their master's studies in Law at the University of Copenhagen in 2007.

Afterwards, Kristine Martin Berg continued their academic journey at The Danish Bar and Law Society from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in the Danish Bar Exam. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications throughout their career. In December 2018, they obtained the Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). In October 2021, they completed the Leadership Acceleration Programme at IMD Business School and the Bestyrelsesuddannelsen course at AROS BOARD in November 2021. Lastly, in February 2023, they obtained a Mini MBA in Sustainability Management from Aros Business Academy.
