Irshad Haque

Irshad Haque has a significant work experience in the field of clinical operations. Irshad has held various leadership positions in different companies. Irshad started their career as a Manager of Clinical Research at Eli Lilly and Company in 2000 and worked there until 2007. Irshad then joined Medpace as an Associate Director/Clinical Trial Manager, where they led regional projects for multiple phase-II & Phase III clinical studies. After that, they worked at DiagnoSearch Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Associate Director/Head Global Clinical Operations, where they monitored multiple projects with a focus on high quality and timely delivery. In 2012, they joined Amneal Pharmaceuticals as a General Manager, where they led numerous clinical trials, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Since 2021, they have been working at ObvioHealth, first as the Director of Clinical Operations and then as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations, responsible for North America and EU regions.

Irshad Haque has a Master's degree in Pharmaceutics from Jamia Hamdard. They also earned a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from the same institution, with a focus on Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. In addition to their formal education, Irshad has obtained multiple certifications on various topics such as adaptive leadership, building visibility as a leader, dealing with difficult people, holding teams accountable, managing organizational change, motivating and engaging employees, strategic thinking, and time management while working from home. The certifications were obtained from LinkedIn in either September or October 2020.
