Cyriel Partouns has extensive experience in procurement and contract management, currently serving as a Sr. Inkoper and Contractmanager at Obvion since July 2007, specializing in outsourcing and complex IT purchases within the regulatory framework for banks. Prior to Obvion, Cyriel worked at Deloitte Nederland for over 11 years in various roles, including Service Manager for HR & ICT and Manager of Field Services, with responsibilities encompassing service management, change management, and project management for significant IT migrations and office relocations. Cyriel holds multiple certifications and completed several educational programs, including the NEVI Purchasing Executive Programme and studies in IT Governance and Best Value Procurement.
