Laura Gowing

Laura Gowing is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in employee relations, recruitment, training, policy development, performance management, and HR administration. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at OBW Technologies since November 2021, Laura previously held the same position at Ballyfin Demesne from April 2017 to August 2020, and at SteriPack Contract Manufacturing from 2008 to March 2017. Laura's earlier career includes roles in talent acquisition at Dell and account management at Cook Pharmaceutical. Education includes a Master of Business Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Galway.
