Csmr Forrest Montagne

Forrest Montagne, CSMR has a diverse range of work experience. Forrest started their career as a Field Organizer for the Democratic Party of Virginia in 2008. In 2009, they served as a Field Director for the Paul Nichols for Delegate campaign, where they organized the field program, managed volunteers, and assisted with fundraising events. In 2011, Montagne worked as a Placement Manager and Recruiter for Focus Technology Consulting, recruiting candidates for government and private sector positions. Forrest then became a Senior Technical Recruiter for Seneca Resources, Inc., supporting various government and non-government clients and federal government contracts. In their most recent role as a Senior Lead Recruiter at OBXtek since 2016, Montagne recruited talent personnel for government contracts, both technical and non-technical positions, and supported a wide range of government clients. Throughout their career, Montagne has showcased their recruitment expertise and ability to work with diverse sectors and target audiences.

Forrest Montagne, CSMR, has a diverse education history. In 2005, they began their college journey at Georgia State University, studying International Politics. After completing two years, they transferred to George Mason University in 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Politics. Following their undergraduate studies, in 2010, Forrest participated in a Study Abroad program at the Institut Catholique de Paris, focusing on the French language.

In addition to their formal education, Forrest Montagne has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. In 2022, they earned the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR), Certified Military Veteran Recruiter (CMVR), Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR), and Certified Social and New Media Recruiter (CSMR) certifications from AIRS powered by ADP institution.
