Jayce Barr - Shrm Cp

Jayce Barr - SHRM CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. They started their career at Gold Line VCU as a Caller from September 2013 to November 2014. After that, they worked at Pier 1 Imports as a Sales Associate from August 2010 to April 2016.

In 2015, they joined Enterprise Information Services, LLC (EIS) as an HR Associate and later got promoted to Senior Human Resources Generalist in August 2020. Their role involved tasks such as onboarding new hires, providing overall employee support, and prime administration of HRIS. They also assisted employees with the transition during the acquisition of the company.

From February 2021 to January 2023, Jayce worked at Cognosante as an HR Shared Services Representative. In this role, they focused on I9 processing and provided support to current and new employees through the HR Service Desk.

Currently, Jayce is working as a Human Resources Generalist 2 at OBXtek, starting from January 2023.
