Ray Bolinger

Ray Bolinger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in program management and real estate. Currently serving as a JTAC Program Manager at OBXtek since January 2018, Ray previously held similar positions at Rally Point Management, LLC and WinTec Arrowmaker, Inc. Ray's career began in the United States Air Force, where extensive experience as a Combat Controller was gained from September 1985 to February 2008. Additionally, Ray worked as a Real Estate Broker at Windermere Real Estate from December 2007 to October 2022, showcasing versatility across different industries.
