Jag Kapila

Mr. Kapila is the Division Director of OCI’s Northeast Region including our Washington DC and Norfolk offices. His collaborative leadership played a key role in starting and developing OCI offices in the region. His primary responsibility is to provide client service management and new client business development. His 49 years of experience in project management and design includes a range of major domestic and international projects involving new construction and renovations. His project experience includes US embassies, office buildings, mixed-used low & high-rise, hotels, data centers and higher education with various federal agencies, corporations, commercial developers and institutional clients.
