Marty Burbank

Marty Burbank is a seasoned legal professional serving as a Veteran's Advocate and Elder Law Attorney at OC Elder Law since July 2002, specializing in the needs of families caring for seniors, including Medi-Cal planning and Veterans Benefits. Additionally, Marty Burbank operates a practice focused on estate planning, asset protection, and elder law matters. Previously, Marty Burbank served as a Medical Deep Sea Diver in the Navy from 1986 to 1999, completing tours at Naval Special Warfare Group One and SDVT One Hawaii. Educational achievements include a Master of Law in Taxation from Chapman University Fowler School of Law and a JD from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, along with diverse studies in liberal arts and medical deep sea diving.
