Justyna Potega

Justyna Potega is an experienced professional in quality management and systems, currently serving as the Global Head of Quality & Management Systems at Oerlikon since November 2019. Prior to this role, Justyna held positions as Quality Manager at Pratt & Whitney from October 2013 to October 2019 and at RUAG Space from January 2011 to September 2013, contributing to significant projects such as Bepi Colombo, Ariane 5 payload, and Atlas payload. Justyna also worked as a Quality System Engineer at Schindler Aufzüge AG (Schweiz) and as a Quality Engineer at TE Connectivity. Justyna holds a Master's degree in Production Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
