Kevin Pierce

Kevin Pierce is a seasoned operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Oerlikon since March 2019, Kevin oversees repairs, spare parts, and field services for facilities in Charlotte and Dalton, while leading health, safety, and operational excellence initiatives. Prior to this role, Kevin was the Director of Operations at EarthKind, where responsibilities included launching startup manufacturing operations in North Carolina. Kevin held various roles including Plant Manager at G&K Services, Production Manager at Cargill, and General Production Manager at Tyson Foods, demonstrating a strong track record in optimizing operational efficiency, team development, and production management. Kevin holds a BSBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
