Rushikesh Ombase

Rushikesh Ombase is a seasoned professional in the technical services field, currently serving as the Manager of Technical Services Americas at Oerlikon Balzers since August 2016, where responsibilities include developing business processes to enhance operational efficiency and analyzing key performance indicators. Prior experience at Oerlikon Balzers from 2004 to 2016 involved roles such as Chief Engineer for Technical Services in Japan and South East Asia, and Senior Engineer, focusing on technical support and training for service departments and OEM customers. Previous positions include Manager of Design & Development at Milman Thin Film Systems India from 2000 to 2004, where leadership was provided to a team of engineers in developing various PVD coating equipment, and Design & Development Engineer at Hauzer-Milman Techno Coating in India, recognized for published works in international magazines. Education was obtained at the College of Engineering in Malegaon (Baramati).
