Stefania Maisano

Stefania Maisano is an experienced engineer specializing in materials and heat treatment. Currently serving as a Heat Treatment Engineer at Oerlikon AM since October 2018, Stefania previously held the position of Heat Treatment Process Leader at BEAMIT SPA Additive Manufacturing Technologies from October 2016 to May 2018, where responsibilities included managing heat treatment processes and optimizing mechanical properties of additive metal alloys. Earlier roles included Process Assistant in the R&D department focused on additive manufacturing design and process parameters. Stefania holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia and an Engineer’s Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Messina, complemented by a high school education in Classics and Classical Languages.
