Ben Ribbons

Ben Ribbons is a Project Director at Ocado Group, where they lead a team of project managers and oversee the alignment of technology projects. With a strong background in operations and project management, they have successfully driven efficiency and results across multiple roles, including senior positions in project delivery and operations management. Ben previously built and managed a team of over 15 project managers for international clients while implementing a governance structure for consistent project delivery. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Geography from the University of Exeter and are currently pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
