Joe Lindsay-Smith

Joe Lindsay-Smith is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Supply Chain Transformation Programme Manager at Ocado Group since January 2023. Previously, Joe held various roles at Costa Coffee, including Global Supply Chain Development Programme Manager and Supply Chain Development Project Manager, from September 2016 to December 2022. Earlier career experiences include positions as Business Process Manager - Supply Chain and Supply Chain Analyst at Lantmännen Unibake from June 2012 to September 2016, as well as Stock Controller at AVC Group and Marketing Executive during an undergraduate scheme at Tesco PLC. Joe holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Nottingham Trent University, awarded in 2010.
