Paul Sweetman

Paul Sweetman is an experienced professional in the field of software engineering. Paul has worked at Ocado for over a decade, where Paul has held titles such as Deputy Chief Engineering Officer, Head of Software Architecture, Head of Webshop and Mobile Systems, and Webshop Team Leader. Prior to their time at Ocado, Paul worked at John Lewis as a Principal Programmer. Paul holds a 1st Class BA in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge. Throughout their career, Paul has been involved in re-platforming systems, developing customer-facing websites and mobile apps, and providing technical leadership in software development.
