Darrel Horridge

Darrel Horridge has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and IT service management industry. Darrel is currently the Head of Site Support at Ocado Technology, where they are responsible for overseeing operational site support services across regions. Prior to that, they served as the Head of IT Service Operations at easyJet, managing the operation of IT services for 25,000 users. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Carphone Warehouse as the Business Relationship Executive and Head of IT Service Management, and as the Head of IT Change Delivery. Darrel also spent several years at COLT as a Senior IS Operations Manager and a Senior Manager, and began their career as a Support Engineer at Cable London.

Darrel Horridge attended Ambrose Fleming from 1982 to 1987. Darrel then pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from East Herts Technical College from 1987 to 1991.
