Mike Francis

Mike Francis has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Mike started their career at Oliver Wyman as a Senior Associate from 2003 to 2008. Mike then joined Tesco and held various positions, including Group Strategy Manager and Digital Product Director. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at The Very Group as Head of Digital Product and Transformation Director. Mike also founded Francis Ventures Ltd, where they served as a Digital | Tech | Transformation consultant from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Mike is employed at Ocado Technology, where they have held roles such as Head of Product Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain and Immediacy Product Director, and E-commerce Product Director.

Mike Francis attended Stamford Endowed Schools from 1994 to 1999. Mike then went on to study Economics and Management at the University of Oxford from 1999 to 2002, earning a BA degree.
