Wojtek Klimczak

Wojtek Klimczak is an experienced engineering manager with a career spanning over two decades. Currently employed at Ocado Technology since September 2018, Wojtek leads a team of seven, focusing on process definition and continuous improvement while representing the team in various stakeholder interactions. Prior to this role, Wojtek spent 14 years at Motorola Solutions, progressing through various key positions, including program manager and product owner, where responsibilities included leading a team of up to 96 people, implementing SAFe practices, and managing complex product releases across multiple business environments. Wojtek's technical background includes roles as a software engineer and technical lead, complemented by a master's degree in Automation and Robotics from AGH University of Krakow.
