Frank Hess

Frank Hess has extensive experience in procurement and management, currently serving as Purchasing Manager and previously as Director of Purchasing and Property Management at Ocala Eye since September 2022. Prior to this role, Frank held the position of Purchasing Manager at Give Kids The World Village from October 2012 to January 2023, demonstrating a strong background in purchasing operations within the nonprofit sector.
