Colm McCarthy MSCSI MRICS is a Development Manager at O'Callaghan Properties, with extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor in various companies such as Mitchell | McDermott, KSN Construction Consultants, Lumley, Fletcher Construction, and Gleave Partnership Limited.
