Bojan Blecic

Bojan Blecic is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience design and management. They have held notable positions at OCBC Bank, where they currently serve as Senior Vice President and Group Head of Customer Experience, focusing on creating seamless interactions for customers. Prior to this, Bojan was the Managing Partner at Belief Partners, a customer experience consultancy, and also worked at Credit Suisse in various customer experience roles. Bojan is a member of the board at GovTech Singapore and holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich.
