Cheryl Soon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in wealth management and product operation roles across prominent companies such as OCBC and Singtel. Currently serving as Executive Director for OCBC’s Group Wealth Platform since August 2016, Cheryl leads the development of banking and trading platforms, handling a diverse range of financial products in Singapore and Malaysia. Previously, Cheryl held various managerial positions at Singtel, where significant achievements included generating over S$19M in cost savings through Lean Six Sigma initiatives and receiving multiple awards for outstanding project contributions. Cheryl's career also includes a role at IBM as a Global Program Manager focused on process improvements. An alumna of the University of Portsmouth with a degree in Computing, Cheryl has been instrumental in driving operational efficiencies and customer experience enhancements throughout her career.
