Eric Wah Hsien Chan has over a decade of extensive experience within OCBC, progressing through various roles in consumer financial services that emphasize sales management, digital transformation, and business support. As a Senior Assistant Vice President in the Premier Banking Department, Eric led initiatives to enhance client acquisition models and engaged frontline sales colleagues through special campaigns. In previous roles, Eric served as Product Owner for sales tracking applications, contributed to CRM system enhancements, and was instrumental in cross-border AGILE teams focused on redefining data-driven sales operations. Eric holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and completed the OCBC NTU Executive Development Program, showcasing a strong foundation in finance and economics.
