Jia Min Lee

Jia Min Lee is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for Division Employee Experience at OCBC since January 2023. Prior to this, Jia Min held the position of Internal Communications Manager for Asia Pacific & Japan at VMware, where responsibilities included developing internal communication plans and managing key events. Previous roles include Internal Communications Specialist at DBS Bank, Communications Executive at the National Youth Achievement Award Council, and Freelance Content Strategist at Cloud Laboratories. Jia Min began a career in communications as a Content Writer at Gifts Less Ordinary and has also interned at SPH Digital and Kellogg Company. Jia Min holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and completed A Levels at Dunman High School.
