Samuel Tsien is a former Group CEO of OCBC Bank, where they served from April 2012 until 2021, having joined the bank in July 2007 as Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate and Commercial Banking. During their tenure, Tsien also held the position of Global Head of Global Corporate Bank, overseeing worldwide corporate and commercial customer relationships as well as financial institutions and transaction banking. Prior to OCBC, they were the President and CEO of Bank of America (Asia) from 1995 to 2006. Currently, Tsien is an Adviser to the Board of OCBC Bank and is pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles.
