Melissa Edmondson has extensive experience in recruitment, currently serving as Senior Recruitment Manager at OC&C Strategy Consultants since October 2017, following roles as Recruitment Manager and Recruitment Officer within the same organization. Prior to this, Melissa worked as a Graduate Recruitment Assistant at Linklaters and Herbert Smith Freehills, and served as Head of Customer Services during a sabbatical in Val d'Isère, France, while also traveling in South East Asia. Melissa's earlier experience includes working as a CR & HR Projects Assistant at Bird & Bird LLP. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Exeter, completed in 2011, and attended Roedean School from 2001 to 2008.
