Stephanie Steger (Dempsey) is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior HR Manager for OC&C Strategy Consultants since October 2017, previously holding roles such as HR Manager and HR Officer within the same firm. Prior experience includes serving as Regional HR Advisor at James Fisher and Sons plc and HR Administrator/Coordinator at Subsea 7. Stephanie began their career as a Recruitment Administrator at MYA Recruitment Solutions and worked as a Sales Coordinator at Mercedes Benz Commercial Vehicles. Stephanie holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physiotherapy (Honours), both obtained from Robert Gordon University.
