Karen Seiner

Karen Seiner, CIA, CPA, currently serves as the Manager of Internal Audit Quality Assurance at OCC since December 2018. In addition, Karen has been involved in Audit Services at Northern Trust Corporation since June 2014 and holds extensive experience at CME Group, where roles have included Senior Global Assurance and Senior Accountant in both Financial Reporting and Accounting since 2003. Prior positions include Reporting Research Analyst and Principal Accountant at Exelon from 2001 to 2003, as well as a General Service Auditor at McGladrey from 1995 to 1997. Karen Seiner earned a B.A. in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude from Dominican University.
