Marsha Oliver has extensive experience in technical writing and documentation, currently serving as Associate Principal in Technical Documentation Services at OCC since August 2012, where responsibilities have included roles as Lead Technical Writer, Senior Technical Writer, and Technical Writer. Prior experience includes a tenure at American Airlines from July 2001 to July 2012 as a Senior Technical Writer, and previous positions at Sabre Holdings, First American Real Estate Information Services as a Senior Technical Communication Specialist, and Lomas Mortgage USA, where Marsha progressed from Customer Service Representative to Team Supervisor in the Customer Relations Department. Marsha holds a BA in Economics, Business Administration, and Psychology from Ouachita Baptist University and previously attended Wayland Baptist University.
